NLSC held this workshop including 86 employees attended in the 8F conference room from two to four-fifty p.m. on 17 July in 2009 for promoting understanding about related regulations and practices of government procurement inviting Ping-hsiung Kau, the administrator of Department of General Affairs of Ministry of Transportation and Communications as the speaker on limited bidding and heterogeneous purchasing with two-way, interactive discussion beneficial for quality enhancing of government procurement.
