NLSC invited Professor Liou, Yuei-An, the director of Center for Space and Remote Sensing Research National Central University, to hold a speech at 2:30 p.m. on February 23 in 2010. There were 67 staff of NLSC to attend the speech. The title of the speech is “The Microwave Radiometer’s Principle and Application”. The talk helps NLSC’s staffs realize the WVR how to improve the precision of surveying business.
