In order to strengthen the theory and practice of cadastral surveying experience, Mr. Lu Erh-Sang, the chairman of Chinese Society of Cadastral Survey(CSCS) , and Mr. Liu Jeng-lun ,the director of Land Surveying and Mapping Center(NLSC) held the kick-off meeting of Cadastral Surveying Forum on February 21, 2013. The meeting invited government agencies and experts to discuss the work planning and forum topics. The meeting ended successfully.
