National Land Surveying and Mapping Center（NLSC）authorized the National Ilan University to take change of the 38th cadastral survey course, and ended the course on August 7,2012.The ending ceremony was co-hosted by Mr. Liu, Jeng-Lun, the director of NLSC, and Dr. Luo, Chi-Shiang, the vice president of National Ilan University. The 38th cadastral survey course trainees have completed 720 hours training for 4.5 months, and there are 47 trainees who passed the test.They all have the cadastral survey abilities for supplying the source of cadastral survey professionals to the domestic survey institutions.
